Rules & Guidelines
1. Teams of up to 3 members allowed.
2. All submissions must be released under an OSI-approved open source license.
3. Projects must include comprehensive documentation and a contributor guide.
4. Code quality and test coverage will be evaluated as part of judging.
5. Projects that build upon existing open source projects are welcome.
6. A minimum of 3 meaningful commits per team member is required.
